Great bakery, currently you can only go in the back, and an improvised ramp for wheelchairs and walkers would be good, sit in the wheelchair yourself 😉

Bread rolls and so on are really great, but for the current situation and the attitude of the staff and also of the visitors, always make sure that the maximum number of people in the shop (max 4 people) hung on the door from Miedl Weekend is exceeded, really does not work. And even if you know the staff doesn't care, you just get the statement: yes, what should I do about it now? Wait: your job e.g. and be careful, other small shops have to close prematurely or are not allowed to receive any guests (restaurants) even if they have reasonable hygiene concepts and you don’t get crap to make sure that there are only 4 customers in your shop.

Good quality, lots of choice if the staff wanted more they would be perfect.

We always have breakfast there when we are on our way back from South Tyrol. Rolls and cakes very tasty. We always take fresh bread with us.

A very long wait in the morning, around 7 a.m., because there is only one saleswoman serving. But there are still sellers in the rear area. Most customers have to go to work. The biggest negative surprise I got when I made a complaint. I brought back a loaf of bread because there was an indefinable brown mass in the middle. The bread was exchanged for me, which is actually a matter of course. But that I then had to pay a proportionate amount for it, I found it not very customer-friendly, after all it was more than half when I had found the mass. I also had to drive over there to claim the bread.

Nice and courteous staff. It's good to eat here. Unfortunately, most employees do not know how to make decent portafilter coffee. One employee generally refrains from tamping. If coffee is offered from a portafilter, I also expect the staff to be trained in the use of the machine.

Unfortunately, I get a big throat every time I see the inability of the organization there. With the constantly changing staff, no work planning can be determined who is actually responsible for which task. It is baked, arranged, served and cleaned - but not served !!! The queue of people who want to buy something is getting longer and longer, I saw something like that in old GDR films. If there were alternatives, I wouldn't put a foot in there anymore. One star is still too much to rate.
